’60 Sec’ at Choreography30, Hanover Germany

Ballett Gesellschaft Hannover e.V invited Far From The Norm to present ’65sec’ at Choreography30 – the 30th international competition for Choreographers in Hanover, Germany 2016.

’60 sec’ premiered at World of Dance, London 2015 and has since been performed in the UK at Normads – Redbridge Drama Centre & Bay Theatre, Weymouth, MOVE it! 2016 at ExCel London and as part of Centre du Marais in Paris.

Far From The Norm were presented 1st prize, the audience prize and on the special occasion of the 30th year of Choreography30, they were awarded a 3 weeks scholarship with Australian Dance Theatre in Adelaide, Australia, awarded by Gary Stewart – artistic director of ADT. The scholarship includes travel costs, accommodation and ADT tuition fees. Find out more information of Australian Dance Theatre here
