Far From The Norm seeks artists for 2017 projects

Far From The Norm are a collective of artists renowned for challenging & inspiring audiences through their socio-political theatre work under the artistic direction of Botis Seva.

 Far From The Norm are looking for artists for upcoming projects in 2017.

 ‘Da Native’
A new outdoor festival commission exploring
cultural displacement.

Rehearsal dates: 8 May – 23 June
Performances: 20 – 25 June, 1 & 2 July, 13-16 July

‘H.O.H’
An existing touring work centred around
socio-political themes set on a football field.

Rehearsals dates: TBC
Performances: 20 May, 29 & 30 July,
25 & 26 August, 30 September

 

Far From The Norm will be holding a workshop style audition on Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th March 12-6pm in London, UK (invitation only).

Applicants must be strong & physical performers with a background in hip hop and/or contemporary dance, who are confident in text & character work and have a flair for footwork & floorwork.
