Choreodrome is The Place’s summer research and development programme for British-based dance makers. As well as commissions and free space to research and rehearse, the programme creates a diverse artistic community with regular opportunities for feedback and demonstrations of work in process.
Artistic director Botis Seva will be going back into the studio as part of The Place’s Choreodrome programme to research & develop his political ‘what it means to be British’ work Guvnas.
Botis will be developing themes, characters and textual language in his political hooligan piece, Guvnas.
Catch his work in progress work and his creative findings from the Choredrome residency at Touch Wood at The Place on Tuesday 19th September.
